If you represent an educational institution or enterprise, and wish to include special provisions beyond what is specified in the DPA, please reach out to us through the contact form.
Here is a summary of our DPA
- All of the data is housed in GDPR-certified servers in the EU for GDPR compliancy.
- We are based in the EU (Sweden) and our data centers are based in the EU (Germany and France).
- Users retain the ownership of all of their data that is uploaded to Avidnote. We do not take any ownership of user data.
- Any sub processors used must comply with GDPR and data protections laws.
- The data is never used to train the AI, nor can the data ever be shared without your permission.
